Local swans

We had another fantastic year with lots of lovely visitors coming to enjoy our cottage.  Most visitors came again to just to chill out and spend lots of time looking out of the window.  We had great weather early in the year in fact we probably had the best weather in the UK early in the season.  There were even more geese this year and we have regularly seen 20-40 swans skimming the water early morning and evening which is a great to see.  Thank you to Rob for taking a video of the otter on the river which people sometimes see but we had never seen.

Well how things fly when you are enjoying yourself. It is a year since we first advertised our holiday cottage and a year next week since we received our first guests. We have welcomed all kinds of visitors for sporting events, work etc. but mostly people who just want to get away from it all and look out of the window.

We would like to thank everyone for coming and for the fantastic reviews on Tripadvisor and Airbnb.
